Bink's Outfitters is a locally owned outdoor lifestyle retail store. We are looking for a leader that is hard working, reliable, and enjoys working with people. The manager is in charge of hiring/training/leading sales associates, checking in and putting out shipments, and providing impeccable customer service.
We are open 7 days a week from 10am-9pm and require a minimum of 40 hours a week, but being open longer hours allows for flexibility in scheduling. The manager makes the schedule for the store and is expected to make sure the store is always staffed appropriately.
Working for a smaller, locally owned company means you are joining a close knit community. We also offer a great store discount on all of the brands we carry.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory control
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to effectively supervise and train staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and employee orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
